PATRIOTIC TREES

National Garden Club Project “Patriotic Trees” honors those patriotic persons who haveserved our country through civilian or military life, including firefighters, law enforcement, and emergency medical and dedicated individuals in our community would also qualify.

Each club is encouraged to plant at least one Patriotic Tree during 2005-2007. A Patriotic Tree can be any tree that is planted at any appropriate site, such as Arbor Day, Earth Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Veteran’s Day and 9-11. Any date that is special to our local community could be considered.
